Q: How Is My Money Secured?
A: Our program provides security by providing you a first or second mortgage position on a specific
property.  Your position is dependent on your level of investment.  

Q: Am I susceptible to issues that may arise with other properties in your portfolio?
A: Each property that we purchase is held in a separate LLC.  By utilizing new Series LLC
legislation we can safely protect each individual property from liability issues that may arise.  We
suggest that you consult your attorney for all legal advice.

Q: When will I receive my principle investment back?
A: Your investment will be secured by a mortgage, while the terms will be outlined in a note.  You
will earn simple interest on your investment and your principle will be paid back to you when the
property is sold or refinanced.  
     For Level 1 investors the primary mortgage will be held by our commercial bank and requires a
balloon payment after 5 years.  We will sell or refinance the property prior to this 5 year period.  This
will initiate a payback of your principle and, if necessary, accrued interest.  If unexpected
circumstances prompt an investor to require early payback, we will accommodate as necessary.
     Level 2 investors will be the only lien holders on the property.  Therefore, terms of the note can be
negotiated as needed.  Please

Q: If I choose to receive monthly interest payments (10% annual return) how does Trigon
generate the required monthly revenue?
A: Our primary strategy is to buy and hold rental property.  With 4 years of combined property
management experience we are able to consistently generate monthly revenue from our
investments.  We also maintain the necessary funds to cushion our investors from common
management issues (maintenance, vacancies, etc...)
